CHRISTMAS 2026 · SMALL-GROUP TOURS FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS

YOUR ENQUIRY DETAILS

Your details.
Your Christmas plans.

This page explains the information saved through the enquiry and booking request forms currently available on this website.

What the forms save

When you send an enquiry, the website saves:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your chosen tour, or that you have not chosen yet.
  • The number of guests and your preferred travel dates, including whether your dates are flexible.
  • The message you choose to include.
  • A request identifier and the time your enquiry was created.

A booking request also records your preferred start date and a phone number if you choose to provide one. Booking requests have a status so your plans can be reviewed.

How your details are used

The information allows Christmas Market Tours to review your travel plans, answer questions and discuss a suitable journey. Your request is saved so it can be referred to when the arrangements are reviewed.

Sending a request does not create a marketing subscription, take a payment or confirm a booking. The confirmation shown on screen means that the request has been saved; it does not mean that a confirmation email has been sent.

Share only what is needed

Use the message field for your travel plans and questions. Please do not send payment card details, passport copies or sensitive personal information through these forms.

If a practical requirement affects your choice of journey, you can ask to discuss it without including detailed personal records in your initial message.

A question about your information?

You can use the contact form to ask about an existing enquiry or to request a correction or deletion. Include your enquiry reference, if you have one, and the email address used for the original request so it can be identified.
